A nutrition consultation is important for anyone wanting to set nutrition related goals for racing, weight loss, or general fitness. Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor Steph Christensen will go over your current dietary habits, goals, and barriers to success to help you head down a healthier path! Dialing in your nutrition could be the key you need to help you reach your performance and fitness goals.  

 - 1 hour consultation with CSNA advisor

 - Discuss how nutrition can be used to accomplish fitness goals

 - Discuss food intolerance and food preference

 - Identify barriers to weight-loss

 - Discuss training vs. race-day nutrition needs

 - Zero in on types and quantities of food to consume on race-day
